What is your return policy?

Trainbargains.com accepts returns within 30 days from date of sale for items returned in new, unused condition, and returned in their original package. We will gladly credit the original credit card or PayPal account for items returned in new, unused condition. Personalized items may not be returned unless damaged or defective.

Exchange

Trainbargains.com does not offer direct exchanges. Instead, first complete the return process described above for the original item(s). Then, place a new order for the product(s) you want as a replacement.

Misship or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive incorrect or damaged items, or you feel your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue quickly.

Refusal of Shipments

If you refuse the delivery of your package from the shipping carrier, you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the package to Trainbargains.com.
