Paxton made an appearance in Thomas and Friends "Day of the Diesels".
Paxton was one of the Diesels who took over the Sodor Steamworks.

He can be a bit gullible, enabling other Diesels to take advantage of him.
Paxton is gentle and well-loved on the railroad.
He really looks up to Thomas and the rest of the Steamies.
